1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the iTime.live website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Service Description & Accuracy
iTime.live provides atomic time synchronization services and calculation tools (Time Calculator, Time Zone Converter) for informational and professional planning purposes.
While we utilize direct synchronization with PTB Germany and the IANA Time Zone Database to ensure the highest possible accuracy, the Service is provided without warranties. You agree that the Service is not intended for use in life-critical control systems or mission-critical applications where a momentary inaccuracy could result in personal injury or financial loss.
3. Use License
Permission is granted to access and use the Service for personal and professional purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the Service's materials or source code;
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service;
- Abuse the API endpoints with excessive request rates that degrade service for others.
4. Planning Tools Disclaimer
The "Time Calculator" and "Time Zone Converter" tools use historical and predictive timezone data. While highly accurate, future political changes to timezone rules or Daylight Saving Time observances are subject to government discretion. iTime.live is not responsible for missed meetings or scheduling errors resulting from sudden, unannounced changes in local laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall iTime.live, its engineers, or suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
