By accessing iTime.live, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or its endpoints.
2. Service description
iTime.live is a static website delivered through Cloudflare Pages. It provides world clocks, an estimated device-clock comparison, timezone conversion, date calculations, weather summaries, and sun and moon information. A small Cloudflare edge endpoint supplies network timestamps to the website and browser extensions.
3. Accuracy and availability
Browser time is an estimate. Network latency, asymmetric routes, device scheduling, display refresh, timezone database age, third-party data, and political changes to timezone rules may affect results. The service is not a certified timing source and is not intended for scientific, financial, legal, navigation, medical, safety-critical, or mission-critical use.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of accuracy, uptime, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the website for personal and ordinary business planning. You may not:
- Use the service for unlawful activity;
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, or bypass security controls;
- Send excessive automated requests to the time endpoints;
- Represent iTime.live output as certified or legally authoritative time.
5. Third-party services
Hosting, analytics, weather information, extension stores, and external links may be provided by third parties. Their availability, content, and policies are outside iTime.live’s control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iTime.live and its maintainers will not be liable for losses arising from use of, reliance on, interruption of, or inability to use the service.
7. Changes
These Terms may be updated when the service, hosting, analytics, or advertising practices change. The date above identifies the latest version.
